Beesly 1: Round 5

Moving on in round 5, we have the large but lovable Beesly family.

Last round, Michael and Madison Beesly were still reveling in the birth of their twin daughters, Monica and Rachel. With older son Joey still a toddler and a playful family dog, Sparkle, they certainly had their hands full. However, being a family sim, Madison decided to try for another child. Ross was born later on in the week, as the other three kids grew to children and started school.

Madison: Bye, honey. Mommy will see you after work.

You're still working in the middle of all this chaos?

Wow, I guess you are. Great job.

Madison: I need to do something out of this house. I don't think I could take it all day long.

Michael: Madison, you don't look so good. Do you want me to make you some soup?

Madison: Sure. I just have a bit of a headache.

In this house I can't blame you.

This house is so crammed I can't even get a decent picture of Ross learning to talk.

Michael: You're not missing much.

At least money shouldn't be an issue.

Madison: Oh, that's all we need around here...money problems.

Rachel: Check it out, Mom! We both got A+'s!

Madison: Great job, girls. I'm just going to go lie down for awhile-I'm kind of tired.

Well, things should be getting a little bit easier at least. Happy birthday, dear Ross...

What a handsome young man!

Ross: Thanks, mysterious voice.

Looks like it's a double birthday. Happy birthday, dear Joey...

Very nice. Have you chosen an aspiration?

Joey: I want to be rich!

Ok, and how about a lifetime want?

Joey: No, not yet.

That's ok. You have plenty of time.

Well, this explains why Madison isn't feeling well.

Madison: We're going to have 5 kids in this house at the same time. I...need to lie down again.

First day of school dance?

Ross: Yup!

Well, better make it a moving day dance too. You guys have outgrown this house, big time, and there's no more room on the lot to expand.

So how are you liking the new digs?

Madison: It's so much more spacious. I don't feel so crammed anymore.

Plus, you didn't actually have to move. I just put the new house where the old one used to be.

Of course, that doesn't mean the kids can't make some new friends.

Ross: Joey, can you help me with my homework?

Joey: Sure, Ross...um, let's go somewhere a little quieter.

It doesn't matter how big the house is, nothing will help the chaos level in this family.

Glad to see you still find time to spend with the kids one-on-one, Madison.

Madison: Well, with me on maternity leave it's a bit easier.

Um...let's recall the yearbook.

Nice job, Joey. Every little bit helps.

Aww...

Rachel: Good girl, Sparkle.

Oh, good. The dog's still here. I kind of lost track of her for awhile.

And the womrat made the move too. That's always good.

Ross: I love you Womrat!

Man, these womrats live a long time. Madison's grandfather bought the thing.

Time for some male bonding?

Joey: We both need logic skill.

Uh-oh...I think I know that look!

Well, at least there's only one.

Madison: And it's a girl! Meet Phoebe!

Great! The house has an heiress.

Aww...put her down so I can get a close shot.

Ok, so Phoebe has brown hair and blue eyes. Not too exciting.

Oops. In all the new baby excitement I guess everyone forgot to feed the dog.

Hey, Sparkle, Monica filled your bowl. There will be no eating the womrat.

Glad to see you're a hands-on big brother, Joey.

Joey: I really don't have much of a choice. I'm the only one that can help.

Way to go, Michael. That will be a load off my mind in this house.

Madison: Sorry we forgot to fill your bowl, girl.

I think this dog must be used to it.

Happy birthday, dear Rachel...

And Monica...

And of course, without fail, the twin who has been wearing purple all through her childhood grows up into a blue jacket...

And the one who's been wearing blue grows up into a purple jacket. Oh, well. Have you two chosen your aspirations yet?

Monica: Knowledge for me!

Great. And What about Rachel?

Rachel: I want popularity.

There's a lot of variety in this family.

Oh, and it looks like Joey's picked his lifetime want. Ok, that's do-able.

Madison: Nice outfit, honey.

Glad she said it...

Michael: Hey! This is my lifelong dream!

To dress up in a leotard with wings?

And the teenage years officially begin for the girls.

Glad to see you don't spend all your time in front of the mirror.

Rachel: Hey, I have to set a good example for her, don't I?

Good, the girls have picked their lifetime wants. Monica wants to follow in her dad's unlawful footsteps...

And Rachel wants to be a reporter. Like I said, lots of variety.

Wow, looks like Joey's been busy. I hope he decides to bring Trinity to college with him. She just looks so familiar...

Monica: Come on, Phoebe. Mommy's sleeping and Daddy's not home so I guess this is my job...

You guess what is your job?

Oh, the birthday. Happy birthday, dear Phoebe...

Well, she's in need of a makeover but that's nothing new. She's still a cutie.

Rachel: Why do I have to do this?

Hey, Monica did the birthday.

And Phoebe does her part of messing up the house right away.

Phoebe: Puppy!

At least somebody doesn't ignore the poor dog.

Madison: Now you stay out of the bathroom, ok? I'm still mopping up from Ross jumping in the puddles from the broken shower.

This place is like a combination of a zoo and a waterpark.

Hi, Phoebe!

Phoebe: Hi, voice!

Um, Madison? Have you lost your mind?

Madison: It's my lifetime want to marry off 6 kids. You can't marry off 6 kids without having 6 kids.

True. I guess it will be easier after three of them move out.

Madison: Come on, Phoebe. You can do it.

I think you should be telling yourself the same thing.

Aren't you going to miss her after you three move out?

Rachel: Kind of...but I still can't wait to get out of here.

Well, on that note, get over to the computer and get those scholarships!

Considering he spent most of the week as a babysitter and working a job, I think Joey did pretty well.

Nice job by Monica as well.

But it looks like Rachel is the scholarship winner! I'll see all three of you at graduation!

A Message From The Mysterious Voice: I think this family picture pretty much says it all. If the Scott house drove me nuts being so boring, this was drove me nuts by being so chaotic. Especially with Madison being pregnant for pretty much the entire week. By the way, a shout-out to SheWhoSims, aka Terri, for correctly guessing Phoebe's gender during the live show of Customizing the Sims 2 Sunday night.

I just found your blog and I think you've got some very good pics! I always have trouble getting the camera in the right angle.
Joey and Trinity make a cute couple. I'm looking forward to your next update.
