Beesly 2: Round 8

Last round was a sad one for this branch of the Beesly family. Youngest daughter July moved home from college with her finacee, Roger Larson. The two were soon wed and not long after July gave birth to her first son, November. Meanwhile, her father Rhys finally achieved his dream of earning $100,000. The family also adopted two more cats. Sweets joined the family as a possible companion for Mifflin, but when the two didn't get along a third cat, Fireball, was adopted as well. At the end of the week, Pamela passed away from old age.

Hi, Roger.

Roger: Hi, mysterious voice.

Having fun?

Roger: Oh, yeah.

Pamela's Ghost: Ooga Booga!

July: Ahh!!

Feeling ok, July?

July: I think that getting scared last night gave me some stomach problems.

Uh-huh...sure.

July: Or...

Baby number 2 is on the way!

Roger: Can you say "bottle"?

November: Bottle!

Good thing to see the little guy's smart.

November: Kitty!

Careful, November. Mifflin's getting kind of old. I don't think she can take so much love anymore.

Aren't you freezing in that?

July: I'm alright.

You're wearing sandals in deep snow. How are you alright?

Wow, only in your town could you keep a full greenhouse going in this weather.

July: These vegetables are coming out great!

Nice job, Roger.

Roger: Thanks.

It's great to see you get your lifetime want here.

Roger: Here? What do you mean here?

Um...here, at this moment. In time. Right now.

Roger: Oh...ok...

Happy birthday, dear November...

And the Beeslys are capable of producing cute boys too.

Tell them to leave...

Nice job, Sweets!

It's kind of ironic that a cat being promoted unlocks a dog collar.

Uh-oh...looks like it's...

Baby time!

So?

July: It's another boy! Meet March!

Aww, he's a cute little guy.

Stay back and guard your post, Sweets.

Wow, Sweets is having a great week.

November: I got an A+!

Great job. And sorry about that outerwear...

Happy birthday, dear March....

And he's just as adorable as his brother.

And back to teaching you go.

Roger: Yup. But I'm more experienced now so it's easier.

This seems oddly familiar...

Roger: Yup.

Another chance card...um...ok, let's inspect the backpackers.

I think Sweets is having the best week in the family.

Looks like November's made a friend...

I don't know if the ages will line up, but if they do these two would make a pretty cute couple one day...

November: Eww!

I said one day.

Uh-oh...

Looks like Mifflin's time is up.

And Fireball walks right through Grimmy to get to the food. Nice. Bye, Mifflin!

Congratulations, July.

July: Thanks.

I have some bad news, though. Your cat is dead.

July: What? Already?

Nice job, November.

November: Thanks. Gardening is fun.

You again? What do you want now?

Oh, looks like it's Rhys's time too. Bye, Rhys!

Well, at least he and Pam are together now.

And what better way to take our minds off the death than a birthday party? Happy birthday, dear March...

And now we have two little heartbreakers in the house. But I really must be moving on. I'll see all of you next round!

March: Bye, mysterious voice!

A Message From The Mysterious Voice: Man, a lot of death in this round. And Fireball and Sweets still hate each other...July's lifetime want will have to wait.

Martin 1: Round 8

Last round was eventful for the Martin house. Youngest daughter Clarinet moved back from college with her fiancee England Halpert. The two were soon married. Clarinet got pregnant and gave birth to a son, Drum. And that's when things started getting strange. Almost immediately following Drum's birth, England was looking through the telescope and got abducted by aliens. Not more than 6 hours after his return, he and Clarinet were chasing his lifetime want of 50 dream dates and risky woohoo struck. By the end of the week, the family had not one but two daughters-Harmonica and Violin. Grandparents Emma and Ethan and great-grandma Kimberly all survived the week as well.

Oh, and look who's still here...

Darren: Oh, she's so beautiful!

Darren, don't you have a family of your own to go back to?

Darren: So I was thinking, maybe I should move in? I mean, this airfare is getting kind of pricey.

Kimberly: No...I don't think that's a good idea. With all the kids, you know. This place is already packed.

Sure...nice excuse, Kimberly.

Nice going, Clarinet.

Clarinet: Thanks. I'm going to need that peace of mind.

Ok, and so begins the endless string of birthdays. Happy birthday, dear Harmonica...

Aww, and she's about as alien as you can get.

You're still up and teaching these kids to walk? You're a great-grandma, Kimberly. Take a break.

So that brings the total to 2 toddlers, one baby, right?

England: I think so. I've kind of lost track.

Uh-oh...who's that I see through the window...

Bye, Kimberly! You've been fun!

And of course uncle Darren inherited money, just $10 more than the grandson-in-law.

Ok, well, I guess the only thing to do now is have another birthday. Happy birthday dear Drum...

Oh, this is so not the time for this...let's capture...

Hey, I was distracted. These guys can afford it anyway.

And back to the birthdays. Happy birthday, dear Violin..

Aww...she's adorable.

And Drum is a very handsome young man.

So for those of you keeping track, we've now got 2 toddlers and one child.

Clarinet: I'm glad you're keeping it straight.

Ok, Harmonica seems to be doing fine. I was worried she got lost in the whirl of deaths and birthdays down there.

England: Ugh, Violin...

I would think that would be an everyday occurrance...

England: More like every hour.

Ok, now this I've never seen. A child stealing a newspaper...I know Jasmine just lost her grandpa but this is an inappropriate response to grief.

Violin: Grandma!

Emma: Hang on, honey. Grandma can only hold one of you at a time

At least there doesn't seem to be any sibling rivalry between the girls.

She's cute, isn't she?

Clarinet: It took a bit of getting used to, but she really is.

Happy birthday, dear Harmonica...

So you can now update your scorecards to 2 children, 1 toddler...

And almost instantly they start plotting...I'm going to have to keep my eye on these two.

Good job, England.

England: I don't know how I managed that one...

Well, don't worry. You've just got Violin who's not in school...

Um, Clarinet?

Clarinet: I think I'm pregnant again.

What!?

Darn chance cards! Giant robot.

Whoopee...

Drum: I got an A+!

Great job.

Man, those Martin kids are popular.

Alice: You got me! Now it's my turn.

Finally! Happy birthday, dear Violin...

And that brings us to 3 children!

Harmonica: Ok, ready...rock, paper, scissors, shoot!

Violin: Why do you always pick rock? That's boring!

England: Come on, honey. I'll teach you to dance...

Aww...

What are you two doing?

Drum: Um...nothing.

Ok...just remember to be nice to your sister.

Would you look at that! You are pregnant.

Clarinet: Yup.

So how's England doing with child number 4 on the way?

Clarinet: Well it's a surprise to both of us.

WooHoo can be like that.

Baby time!

Thankfully it's just one more!

And...

Violin: It's a girl!!!

Awesome. And what's her name?

Clarinet: We're going to call her Tamborine.

Aww...

Violin: Hi, Tamborine...

Violin, what are you doing?

Violin: Jumping jacks.

Why?

Violin: Because I can.

What a nice family dinner.

Harmonica: How are we going to fit Tamborine when she grows up?

Emma: Well...we'll just squeeze.

Well, as much fun as this has been I think I have to leave the three musketeers for now. I'll see all of you next round!

Drum: Oof...bye, mysterious voice.

A Message From the Mysterious Voice: Wow, that was quite a ride. No, Tamborine wasn't planned. Risky WooHoo hates this house. And the picture of Violin doing jumping jacks was settling a debate in the Sims 2 Challenges chat room-can kids work out with a stereo?
