Beesly 10: Round 8

Last round, Pheobe and Arbor Beesly moved into their new home after completing college. Phoebe joined the gamer career while Arbor went into the education field. Soon Phoebe became pregnant and gave birth to their first daughter, Popcorn.

Oh, hi Andre. Shouldn't you be at home with your own toddler?

Andre: I'm trying to meet the other kids in town. I need to know who Valley's classmates will be.

Nice going, Arbor!

Arbor: Thanks!

Considerably less nice going, Arbor. How many times do I have to tell you guys, stay away from the roaches!

Arbor: But they're gross!

At least he's well enough to help out with a birthday. Happy Birthday, dear Popcorn...

A very nice young lady.

Popcorn: Thanks!

Arbor: Maybe someday we'll go on a vacation.

Popcorn: Can we play on the big pirate ship on the beach?

Arbor: Sure.

Looks like Popcorn's first day of school will be put off for a day.

Phoebe: Hey!

Real professional, nanny.

Popcorn: Mysterious voice, it's still snowing.

Don't worry, Popcorn. It's not snowing that hard. I'm sure you'll have your first day of school tomorrow.

Arbor: So you're really Andre's kid?

Destin: Yes.

Arbor: That's crazy. He's got that little girl at home and he's already a grandpa.

Looks like Popcorn made it to school today.

Popcorn: Dad, this homework is hard.

Arbor: Don't worry. I'll help you.

Getting that fun back up?

Arbor: You've got to reward good performance.

Let's go with aliens...

Oops. And that left the family with all of $203...

At least someone had a good day.

Popcorn: I got an A+!

Great job!

Trying to dig up some money?

Arbor: Yeah. I make a pretty good salary but $45,000 is a lot to make up.

Popcorn: Mommy?

You might want to come back later, Popcorn. Mommy and Daddy are...very tired from digging in the yard all day.

Uh-oh...

Arbor: I think I dug in the wrong spot!

Phoebe: Look, if we're going to keep paying you, you're going to have to start acting more professional.

Nanny: What do you mean if you're going to keep paying me? Who else is going to watch the kid?

Popcorn: I can watch myself. I'm a big girl now.

Unfortunately the social services don't quite see it that way.

That pinball machine is saving many a family's finances this round.

Popcorn: Can I help?

Phoebe: Sure.

Looks like Popcorn's making her first friend.

Oh, come on! Can't this family catch a break?

At least they had an alarm.

What? The cop lost?

Cop: Oh, what am I going to do?

Um, you know the robber is right behind you, right?

What are you doing, Popcorn?

Popcorn: Painting to help make money.

Why don't you let your parents worry about that? Go give Strawberry a call.

These two are so cute together...

Well, this week has certainly been eventful. But I think I should be on my way now. See you all next round!

A Message From the Mysterious Voice: So yeah...not the best week for these guys. That pinball machine is a lifesaver. It shoots their fun up, too. I think Popcorn is probably going to be an only child since neither Phoebe or Arbor has a lifetime want related to kids.

That's very Andre like to visit the other families to make sure their kids are all right.

Bad, bad chance card.
