Martin 4: Round 9

Another new house! This one belongs Violin Martin and Virgo Beesly. Violin is the middle daughter of Clarinet and England Martin, while Virgo is the youngest son of Rachel and Gaston Beesly.

Hi, guys!

Violin: Hi mysterious voice!

Hmm...well, Violin's lifetime want has more to do with her pets' careers than hers, so I guess this is as good of a choice as any.

And since Law Enforcement isn't available, I guess military will have to suffice for now.

Violin: Stupid rain!

Violin, stop attacking the precipitation.

Violin: But it's my wedding day!

Don't worry, I'm sure we can make some alternative arrangements.

I can see that the guests don't mind the weather...

Violin: Can we get on with this? This dress is itchy.

And as a late wedding present, the Law Enforcement career finally comes up.

Well, I guess your job choice didn't matter much after all.

Violin: I would have liked to at least learned everybody's name before I went on maternity leave.

Looks like they're getting started on her real lifetime want, though.

Welcome to the family, Bandit!

Violin: A puppy?

Virgo: Yeah, isn't he cute?

Violin: Yes, but now we have to wait until he grows up to get him into a career.

Virgo: Oh...I didn't think about that.

Let's yell really loudly!

Nice!

Congratulations, Virgo!

Virgo: Thanks!

Although I guess that congratulations will soon be in order for both of you!

Bonding with the little guy?

Violin: Yes. It's not that I don't love him, I just wish I didn't have to wait to get him started in a job. But it's been nice to have him at home while I'm on maternity leave.

Smokescreen...

Yes!

You've had a good week so far.

Virgo: I know.

Virgo: Hey, congratulations on...you know, being pregnant and all that.

Hmm...seeing as how it's her 3rd trimester...and it's your kid...don't you think that it's a little odd that you're congratulating her?

Violin: OW!

Looks like it's baby time!

Just one...Virgo's twin genes haven't kicked in yet.

It's a girl!

Violin: We're naming her Quinn!

Wait...a name that's actually a name? What craziness is this?

Bandit not getting along with the baby?

Virgo: I think the nanny moved him outside-the little guy can't get up the porch steps on his own.

Virgo: Yes! We've got a gym! Great idea, honey.

Technically, you have one piece of equipment in an otherwise empty room. I don't think it counts as a gym.

Happy birthday, dear Quinn...

And she definitely favors Virgo's side of the family.

Looks like you put that maternity leave to good use.

Violin: Well, I couldn't play with the puppy the whole time.

Violin: Here you go, honey. It's good for you.

You know, most people would be concerned if their children's food was glowing...

Or if that food made their child glow.

Violin: But she's learning to walk so quickly!

And it looks like Quinn wasn't the only one having a birthday!

And it stands to reason he'd be in the same career as Violin.

And now I guess Quinn and Bandit get to start over.

Well, this seems to be as good a place as any to head on my way. I'll see all of you guys next round!

A Message From the Mysterious Voice: I was so excited to finally have a pet on a lot again. I don't play with them as much as I'd like to because my Sims are usually busy raising kids rather than puppies. And yes, Quinn's name is still part of a naming theme. I haven't decided what that theme is yet (it could be one of two) but there is a theme going here.

Quinn would work with a Glee theme or a Sliders theme.

Quinn is cute. I can think of a few themes that Quinn would work for. Bandit is a very pretty dog
