Rosada 1: Round 10

Last round, Aquamarine Rosada came to the realization that hers was not the only house that the mysterious voice visited. Meanwhile, both her and her sister Brigid's first sons, Cobalt and Eton, grew from toddlers to children. By the end of the week, Aquamarine had given birth to a daughter, Cyan, as well.

Wow, Oak...that sure is an...interesting outfit.

Oak: I know...I can't seem to find the one I was wearing before.

Odd seeing as how I never actually see your clothes anywhere but on you...

Well, at least it's easier to tell which kid belongs to which couple in this house. Everybody's color coded.

Brigid: I know. Luckily it doesn't seem to make a difference for the boys at school, pink or blue.

Nice job, Aquamarine!

Aquamarine: Thanks! Glad you weren't too busy with the other houses to come and check in...

Oh, not this again...

Glad to see Luna's still...Luna.

Happy birthday, dear Cyan...

Wow...hi there, Willow number 2...

Cyan: Huh? I'm not Willow...

Could have fooled me...

Brigid: Can you believe Cyan's going to school already?

Oak: I know...pretty soon they'll all be out of the house.

Brigid: What would you think about having another...

Oak: Dog? We could do that...Luna does seem to be getting a little lonely.

Brigid: Not exactly where I was going...

Eton: How am I supposed to go to bed if she's there?

You and Luna do have a very strange relationship, don't you?

Cyan: Hey! You can't sleep in my bed just because the dog's in yours.

Eton: Aww, come on. There's monsters under it, you know.

Cyan: No there aren't...are there, mysterious voice?

No...not in this town at least.

Wow, good week for you.

Aquamarine: Yeah, without a toddler around anymore I have a lot more time to work on skills.

Oh, hi Almond. You sure have been making the rounds lately...

Happy birthday, dear Colbalt...

Not bad. Have you chosen an aspiration yet?

Colbalt: I want a life of romance!

(sigh) Are you sure?

Colbalt: Yup.

Ok...I guess it has been awhile.

Ok, Eton's turn...happy birthday, dear Eton...

Wow, two decent outfits. What about your aspiration?

Eton: I want a lot of friends!

Glad you didn't take after your cousin...

Cyan: This is too hard!

Don't you do enough of this at work, Aquamarine?

Aquamarine: Compared to the college stuff this is a piece of cake.

Cyan: For you, maybe!

Ok, again, we don't have enough time for the gypsy. Cobalt, meet Valley.

And luckily he's got an easy lifetime want.

Colbalt: You can't beat me...I'm a chess master.

Aquamarine: Why don't you play with Eton?

Because Eton is getting acquainted with Elmyra here.

Eton: Has anyone ever told you you look just like that Valley chick my brother's dating?

Elmyra: All the time...

Cyan: I like your dress!

Broccoli: Thanks!

Looks like Cyan's making her share of friends.

And Colbalt and Valley seem to be getting along...

Eton's got an easy lifetime want too...

And everything seems to be according to plan.

Or was, at least...How do you plan to explain this to Oak?

Brigid: What's to explain?

Well, you guys weren't exactly trying...

Brigid: Babies can happen even when you don't try...

Let's go pro-control...

Nice!

Man, you're having an awesome week.

Aquamarine: I know!

And Cyan's work is paying off too, I see...

Cyan: Mommy said if I got an A+ I'd get a special present...

Oh, boy...another immortal womrat.

Cyan: He's so cute!

He sure is...say...what's that I hear beeping?

Well, I guess you can't win them all...

Oh, right...Pine lives here. I could have sworn he met his lifetime want or was at least in the right track...I guess not.

Baby time!

Brigid: It's a boy!

Another bright pink boy! What's his name?

Brigid: We're calling him Navy.

Aquamarine: So how did Oak take the news?

Brigid: Well, he's at work. But I'm sure he'll be thrilled when he gets home.

Well that sure came quickly. Happy birthday, dear Navy...

And he even gets a nice hairstyle!

Brigid: Ugh...Luna, get out of the way.

Maybe she's trying to make sure he has a puffy place to fall...

Oops. Sorry, Colbalt. I thought you were your dad. He..um...he's still here, isn't he?

Colbalt: Yeah, he's just been laying low this week.

Oh, good. Anyway, nice job with the scholarships.

You too, Eton. And now it's time for me to be on my way. Cobalt and Eton, I'll see you at graduation. Everybody else, I'll see you next round.

A Message From the Mysterious Voice: So, first of all, I did not intend to ignore Pine and Oak for most of the week. Most of the events happened around the two Rosada sisters and the kids. I discovered halfway through the week that not only was Pine not in perms-platinum but wasn't even in the correct career track to get there; I don't know if I just forgot to get him in or if the game glitched. And Brigid's lifetime want is to have 3 children graduate college, so Oak's going to have to have at least one more surprise. On another note, The Mac version of TS4 has been announced as releasing in February! I've tracked down Sims 4 Prosperity rules, but I'm not sure I'm going to start one right away.

I do like the Rosada sisters. This is a very colourful house.
