Last round, Jacob and Olivia Levinson welcomed their second child, Manhattan. Jacob continued trying to get a job in the law enforcement career to follow his lifelong dream, but the job just would not come up. Olivia, meanwhile, continued chasing her dream of earning $100,000 by holding down the highest paying job in town, education minister. Older daughter Brooklyn grew to a child, and the week ended with grandma Lisa becoming an elder.
Hi, guys...oh, sorry. I see I caught you at a bad time.
Jacob: Brooklyn, get down. You'll break the bed.
Not to mention you'll use up all your energy before school.
Like the new kitchen, Olivia?
Olivia: I'd like it more if the counters faced the right way!
Ok, ok. Gee, somebody's testy.
Although this might have something to do with that...
Mango: Nobody seems to like me in my family. My sister and brother say I ruined everything.
Brooklyn: I'm sure they don't mean it. I get angry at Manhattan sometimes too, but I still like her.
Aww, so nice of Brooklyn to try and comfort Mango.
Speaking of Manhattan...Happy Birthday, dear Manhattan.
Well, we'll have to change your hair back but you're still a very lovely young lady.
Manhattan: Thanks, mysterious voice.
Number three is on the way?
Olivia: Yup. I have a lot of help, though.
Manhattan: Grandma, can you help me with my homework? Mommy's sleeping.
Lisa: Sure, honey.
Having a live-in grandparent has its benefits.
Olivia: Hmm....
What's up, Olivia?
Olivia: Have you heard about all the strange things happening around town? People finding pictures, or having strange dreams?
I've heard about it, yes.
Olivia: I wonder what that could be about. This seems like such an ideal town.
I don't know, Olivia.
Olivia: Mom, have you heard about any of this stuff?
Lisa: No. Don't believe those papers. I'm Captain Hero, if something bad were happening I think I would know.
That's a good point...
Happy Birthday, dear Brooklyn...
Hmm, not a terrible outfit. Anyway, have you picked your aspiration?
Brooklyn: I sure have.
Brooklyn: I want to have lots of friends, like Grandma.
Alright, popularity it is.
It's any minute now, huh?
Olivia: Yup.
At least Jacob doesn't seem too worried...
Didn't you do this last night?
Manhattan: I was too tired, we had to stop.
Sleep is always important.
Manhattan: Mommy, do you think there really is a monster?
Brooklyn: There is no such thing as monsters, Manhattan. Besides, Captain Hero lives in our house. Even if there was a monster, he wouldn't come here.
Excellent job, Brooklyn.
Lisa: I can't wait to meet you, little one...
Well, it doesn't look like Lisa will have to wait much longer. It's baby time!
One more on the way...
So?
Olivia: We've got a boy! Meet Bronx.
Great! Let me get a closer look.
Aww, he has his daddy's blonde hair and his mommy's eyes.
And right on schedule...
Manhattan: I got my first A+!
Great job.
Manhattan: Check it out, Mom!
Olivia: I'm so proud of you, honey.
Brooklyn: Who's a cute baby?
What a good big sister.
Manhattan! What are you doing? Didn't you see the lightning!
Manhattan: Aww, I'm having fun.
Get back inside now!
Manhattan: Ok...
Whew. Crisis averted, and it looks like Brooklyn picked her lifetime want.
Jacob: What the...
Relax, Jacob. Just go to work. I've got it under control.
Jacob: But the telescope is on fire!
Just go to work, Jacob. Oh, and congrats on finally getting into law enforcement.
Happy Birthday, dear Bronx.
He's just as cute as his sisters.
Oh, this should be good.
Brooklyn: Hi, Tangerine.
Tangerine: So I was thinking...how about you and me move in together after college?
Brooklyn: Um...I was kind of planning to move in with the guy I'm going to marry.
Tangerine: You and everybody else. I can't get any help in this town.
Lisa: Can you say "bear"?
Bronx: No!
I see Grandma is taking over the teaching for now.
Manhattan, stop jumping on the bed.
Manhattan: What? You already made me stop jumping in the puddles.
You sure are bonding with the little guy, Brooklyn.
Brooklyn: Well, Manhattan can't help out very much yet.
That's true, but it doesn't seem to stop her from trying.
What the...Riley? Is that you?
Riley: Hi, mysterious voice. Long time no see.
But...how did you get here?
Olivia: Wait a minute...you know the mysterious voice?
Riley: Oh, yes. We've known each other for quite awhile.
Olivia: But you don't live here in town. How could you know the mysterious voice?
Lisa: Oh, hi Abigail. How great to see you. Come on in.
Wait a minute...Abigail's here and Riley's here...
Abigail: You look so familar...
Riley: You do too. Have we met before?
Well, if I'm doing my math right, Riley you are Abigail's great grandmother.
Riley: But that's impossible. We're the same age, how could I be her great-grandmother?
Um...
Whew! Perfect timing on that one, Olivia. I guess number 4 is on the way.
Olivia: Yup.
Wow, nice job Brooklyn. What a way to end the week. I'll see you at college graduation, and everybody else, I'll see you next round!
A Message From The Mysterious Voice: Other than Manhattan almost being struck by lightning, nothing that exciting in this house. And even though the two Sims don't see it, Riley really is Abigail's great-grandmother.

Wow Mango is becoming a blog hog, isn't he? I was worried Tangerine was going to poisen Brooklyn against her younger siblings. Glad she didn't
I know they might have been boring, but I like this family. They are sweet. :)
