Last round, Matthew Martin and Kalliope Caligula moved into their own house after graduating college. Kalliope took a job in education, while Matthew went after his dream of becoming Chief of Staff at the local hospital. It wasn't long before Kalliope became pregnant and a son, London, was born. At the end of the week, London had just grown to a toddler.
London: Stowy, Mama!
Kalliope: Not now, honey. Maybe later. Mommy's a little tired.
You look a little different, Kalliope. Is everything ok?
Kalliope: Yeah, sure. Everything's fine.
Kalliope: London, you're learning to walk, not do somersaults.
Yeah, let's take this mobility thing one step at a time.
Kalliope, are you sure you're ok?
Kalliope: Yeah...I just feel weird. Like, something happened, but I don't quite remember it.
Hmm...
Hey, look! Matthew brought home a friend.
Rachel: Hey, what are you doing? I thought I was the narrator.
Nope, sorry. That job around here is taken.
Hey, there London! What are you doing up?
London: Bad dweam!
Aww...
Matthew: Don't worry, I'm sure it's nothing.
Kalliope: I hope so...I just wish I knew why I've been feeling so strange.
Matthew: You don't know anything about this, do you mysterious voice?
Nope. On this one I'm just as clueless as you two.
Looks like London is making friends with Rachel too.
Maybe this is why you were feeling strange...
Kalliope: No...but it sure doesn't help.
One step closer!
Matthew: Yup! But now I've got to make some more friends...
Matthew: How did you get so dirty?
Well, your nanny seems to think leaving bottles of spoiled milk all over the house is a good idea.
Matthew: And you didn't stop her?
Sorry. Nannies are out of the mysterious voice's control.
Looks like baby number two is on the way!
Kalliope: Maybe this will help me get over whatever has been bothering me...
Happy birthday, dear London...
What a handsome young man.
London: Thanks!
London: Mom, is the new baby going to be a boy or a girl?
Kalliope: Well, I don't know yet. Mysterious voice, do you know?
I don't know for sure, but since the Beeslys across the street just had twin girls I'm betting this baby will be a boy.
Well, what do you know? A kid actually doing homework at his desk!
Kalliope: He is a very neat child. I'm sure he'll be quite helpful when the baby comes.
Which would be right now!
Ok, so we're only getting one kid...
So? Was I right?
Kalliope: Yup! It's a boy! London, meet your new baby brother Rome.
Glad to see London isn't going ignored since Rome was born.
Kalliope: He's very attached to me. I don't know why, though.
London: All right! My first A+!
New babies must be like academic good luck charms or something.
That sure came fast!
Matthew: They're never babies for very long.
Aww, what a cutie! And I don't even have to change his hair!
Kalliope: Can you say bottle?
Rome: No!
Strong willed little guy, isn't he?
So what do you think of your new little brother?
London: He's ok. I'll like him better when he's bigger.
Say, we never solved that mystery of Kalliope feeling strange, did we?
Matthew: No, but she seems to be doing better now that she has the boys to focus on. And we're probably going to have one more to try for a girl.
Well, I'll be looking forward to that next week. Until then, bye, Caligulas!
And (insert fanfare here) we've reached the end of the old houses! That means it's time for the Class of Round Two graduation ceremony!
A Message from the Mysterious Voice: This was the first lot I played under Mac OSX Leopard. The game runs so much better...anyway, the week was pretty typical. Now it's college graduation time!

Hmm. It may be time for me to upgrade to Leopard. Thanks for the info and great update!
Yay sim me!!! It's so fun to see this incarnation of Kalliope. Nice to see sons from her here. Nice update.
Hey Rome got Kalliope's freckles...so cute! Glad the game is running smoother.
Now I can see where those Warner cheekbones come from. I have this giant soft spot for Rome.
